Previously, as a Director of Technology for an M&A firm, he defined technology roadmaps for acquired companies, led cloud migration programmes and achieved regulatory compliance in safety-critical industries. His earlier career includes founding a consultancy focused on Extreme Programming and DevOps, and as a developer for one of the largest European aviation maintenance software providers.

Giuliano is a Socio-Technical Architect, Solution, Data and AI. He’s been working in software development since 2001 across desktop, mobile, web, cloud, data, and AI platforms. He’s been studying Team Topologies in depth since 2022. During this time, he’s been publishing on LinkedIn, writing articles on the subject, and eventually has plans to publish a book on socio-technical architecture.

He has been part of the team that grew CROZ from a small group into a successful BizTech consultancy with over four hundred people, eventually expanding internationally. Jason is a software engineering leader with 16 years of experience in software development. Over that time I’ve worked in full-stack, DevOps, backend and architecture. He served as a technical lead and technical director and his core competencies are SOLID software design, cloud and distributed architecture, and automation. These are grounded in systems thinking, continuous improvement, and the Socratic method. He loves solving problems and have a sociotechnical lens with which he's doing it.
