Team Topologies Associated Consultancy - TTAC
Team Topologies Associated Consultancy (TTAC) is open to all management, business and technology consultancies which meet the qualification criteria and aim to help design humane team-of-teams organizations leveraging the ideas of Team Topologies.
The Team Topologies Associated Consultancy (TTAC) is a new partner type we have launched in June 2024. They help a growing number of organizations worldwide to adopt and scale Team Topologies as a key part of their digital operating model by including Team Topologies as part of their consulting capability.
We aim for a wide network of TTACs in different geographic regions, in order for more organizations to benefit from local support for their adoption initiatives by engaging with accredited expertise.

Team Topologies brand recognition - refer to your Team Topologies associated status in your marketing materials and website. Use of the Team Topologies logo is restricted and requires prior approval for each case.
Marketing package:
Events (webinar, podcast, conference) - one joint event per year included with your annual fee, additional events possible.
Blog - posting or syndicating blog posts on (teamtopologies.com) related to the Team Topologies approach.
Website - featuring you as Associated Consultancy partner on the relevant pages of teamtopologies.com
Social Media channels promotion - promoting joint events, offerings and relevant Team Topologies content through all of our channels.
RFI/RFQ/RFP answer support for up to 20 hours per year - beyond the 20 hours charged at established rates.
Authorized reseller
Authorized to include us with our consulting offerings as part of your engagements - those offerings are to be delivered by associates of the Team Topologies organization. The use of those offerings is subject to prior explicit agreement with the Team Topologies organization for each and every case, to assure available capacity and appropriate scope and budget.
Authorized to sell “at scale” products - such as seats on the Team Topologies Academy, books, printed resources, etc. - directly to end customers.
Expertise
Access to the Inner Circle of the Team Topologies Community (included for each enabled consultant), providing for direct interaction with the authors, the Team Topologies team and the growing number of practitioners, enthusiast and leaders evolving the Team Topologies approach.

Entry criteria for Associated Consultancy
Qualification Criteria
The applying organization has a minimum of associates enabled as Team Topologies consultants:
10 consultants.
5 consultants for small organizations of up to 50 associates (incl. freelance consultants engaged).
Organisation’s previous experience in one or more of the following areas:
Agile software development
DevOps culture and practices adoption
Value Stream Management
Modern architectures & Domain-Driven Design
Cloud native development
Team-of-teams organizational design
Payment of the annual accreditation fee:
€15,000 for organizations.
€7,500 for freelance consultants or small organizations of up to 50 associates (incl. freelance consultants engaged).
Team Topologies Consultants Enablement (non-exhaustive list)
Experience in applying Agile and DevOps in team-of-teams organizations is required.
Completed enablement (€1,990 per person, 20 hours):
Team Topologies Distilled - 3 hours, self paced.
Team Topologies Effective Enabling Teams - 3 hours, self paced.
Platform as a Product - 2 hours, self paced.
Independent Value Streams with Domain-Driven Design - 3 hours, self paced.
Team Topologies Advanced Immersion Session (P810) - 3x3-hours sessions, live online. (subject to available scheduled sessions if buying less than 10 seats)
Partner status come into force from the date the minimum required consultants have completed their accreditation.
