Our trusted partners use principles from Team Topologies itself to scale the adoption of Team Topologies principles and practices within your organization.
Using the Enabling team pattern, trusted partners introduce Team Topologies ideas and practices by working alongside other teams, increasing their awareness and detecting capability gaps. Our trusted partners provide domain and technology expertise whilst also mentoring and coaching internal teams that are undergoing changes inspired by Team Topologies.
The external Enabling teams also mentor and coach internal Enabling teams, thereby providing a significant “force multiplier” effect that enables rapid spread of ideas throughout a large organization.
Engagement model
After any initial remote consultation, training, or Guided Workshops - undertaken directly with the Team Topologies authors or Team Topologies Valued Practitioners (TTVP) - we introduce a trusted partner that will lead the engagement with you. The trusted partner will typically book and include several Expert Insight sessions with the authors and/or TTVPs over several weeks or months as part of the proposed work, providing you with direct access to insights and experience from the authors and TTVPs. Organisations can also purchase the Expert Insight sessions separately.
Expert Insight sessions provide you with the confidence that the delivery & consulting approach is true to Team Topologies principles. The Expert Insight sessions also provide partners with the opportunity to work towards Team Topologies Consulting & Delivery Partner status (TTCDP).
The scale out engagement model for Team Topologies uses a combination of trusted partners and Expert Insight sessions from key Team Topologies practitioners (authors and TTVPs)
Note to partners: Expert Insight sessions only count towards the TTCDP accreditation when purchased by the *partner* (not when purchased by the end customer).
