Team Topologies Advocacy

I am Kamila Peres, a professional passionate about technology, innovation, and the impact that engineering can have on people’s lives. My journey began with databases, evolved into infrastructure and reliability, and today I have found my place in the world of DevOps and FinOps, where I help build scalable, efficient, and resilient solutions. More than just code and architectures, what truly drives me is the ability to turn complex challenges into simple, accessible solutions, always with a strategic focus on optimization and continuous improvement.

Beyond my technical work, I have a strong background in team coordination and development. I have led teams of instructors and specialists, helping them transform technical knowledge into accessible and practical learning experiences. I believe that real growth happens when we teach and learn at the same time, which is why I always strive to create collaborative environments where knowledge flows naturally, with mentorship, continuous feedback, and encouragement of autonomy.

For me, technology is more than just code and infrastructure—it’s about people, communication, and purpose. I have a natural ability to translate complex challenges for different audiences, bridging the gap between technical and strategic teams. My journey is defined by curiosity, the drive to keep learning, and the constant pursuit of innovation, always balancing technical and human skills to build solutions that truly make an impact.
