These tools typically have specific features based on or inspired by the Team Topologies ideas and patterns, and bring the Team Topologies principles to life in a way that simplifies and scales out successful execution.

How the Success Toolkit onboarding works 

We guide you through each stage of the process to help find the right combination of tools to help achieve the outcomes you need:

  1. You take the online Team Topologies Assessment survey.

  2. We contact you to triage and assess the results and dive deeper into your needs. We agree on the kind of help that would work best for you (tools, consulting, training, etc.)

  3. We introduce you to relevant Success Toolkit partners (and other partners as required)

Pricing

There is currently no charge to you for access to the Success Toolkit; in fact, you will receive a special discount from each partner in the Success Toolkit for taking advantage of the triage and assessment process via Team Topologies. 


Toolkit partners pay a small fee to Team Topologies for every successful adoption of their tool to help fund the not-for-profit mission of Team Topologies.
