Zenon Hannick - Team Topologies Advocate
Zenon Hannick - Team Topologies Advocate
I have a diverse background in technology across various sectors, including finance, startups, and the third sector. Beginning my career as an engineer, I have held a variety of roles spanning software engineering, agile delivery, product management, account management, and leadership.
As CTO at Comic Relief I spearheaded a transformative initiative led to the widespread adoption of agile practices and DevOps culture. Through this work, I engaged with concepts around platforms and platform teams even before they were formally described in the Team Topologies book.
Today, I work at Armakuni, a team of technology consultants and software engineers. My expertise is focused on driving cultural change within organisations to promote the adoption of modern engineering practices, with Team Topologies playing a key role. Ultimately, I help businesses accelerate value delivery through technology by embracing the principles of fast flow.

Team Topologies Advocacy
I have been a strong advocate of Team Topologies for several years, as the book deeply resonated with my experience in building, leading, and scaling technology teams to deliver high-quality business outcomes.
I have led engagements with multiple clients where Team Topologies played a central role in the principles and practices I implemented, including at the Office for National Statistics, Fidelity International, and NatWest Group. Additionally, I worked as part of a consortium with Team Topologies and other organizations at the Post Office.
Beyond client engagements, I have delivered introductions to Team Topologies across various public and private sector organizations. I was also part of the team trained to deliver Team Topologies accredited courses, contributing to Armakuni becoming the first accredited Team Topologies Solutions Partner (TTSP).
I am a member of the organizing committee for Fast Flow Conf and have delivered talks on Team Topologies concepts at public events, including the London Platform as a Product meetup.
