She enjoys working closely with clients to uncover and understand their true requirements, ensuring the delivery of value that makes a meaningful difference. Currently, Donna is the product owner of the Open Practice Library and serves as a Senior Engagement Lead at Red Hat's Open Innovation Labs.

Throughout her career, Donna has held various leadership roles in the Australian Open Source community, serving on boards and committees, and organizing events. She also prepares and delivers customized keynote sessions that inspire and motivate people to take their first step into the future.
