Workshop format

The workshop is run across 2 separate 3-hour sessions:

  1. Session 1 - Elements that block flow and their consequences

  2. Session 2 - A guide to the basic principles of Team Topologies

We recommend that these sessions are run on either the same day (morning and afternoon) or consecutive days. This helps to keep the material and ideas “front of mind” for attendees whilst giving some space for reflection (and normal work activities).

The workshops are delivered by authorized Team Topologies Learning Partners (TTLPs).
