Team Topologies Solution Partners (TTSP) are evolving the Team Topologies ideas through active contribution in our workgroups, expanding the knowledge of how to apply Team Topologies in combination with other approaches, frameworks and methods in different domains (different industry contexts, e.g. telco, banking, manufacturing; OR different technology contexts, e.g. cloud, embedded software, IoT, AI/ML, platform engineering; OR organizational contexts, e.g. product-driven organizations, self-steering organizations).
They help to embed and extend the use of Team Topologies ideas and practices within customer organizations, driving positive outcomes and championing adaptive transformations. Solution Partners can come from various industries:
Consultancies
Software companies building technology which leverage Team Topologies or can benefit (adoption and value creation) from applying Team Topologies.
Companies in various industries leading the way, e.g. a Telco redefining how telecom services are produced and consumed, a Bank redefining what it means a bank in 21st century, a Manufacturing enterprise rethinking what high-performing and high-engaging manufacturing company looks like, etc.
We welcome TTSPs worldwide in order to provide organizations across all sectors and geos with a choice of local partners with significant expertise and awareness in Team Topologies to guide and accelerate organizational transformations.

Authorized to include us with our consulting offerings as part of your engagements - those offerings are to be delivered by associates of the Team Topologies organization. The use of those offerings is subject to prior explicit agreement with the Team Topologies organization for each and every case, to assure available capacity and appropriate scope and budget.
Authorized to sell “at scale” products - such as seats on the Team Topologies Academy, books, printed resources, etc. - directly to end customers.
Reduced partnership fee of €7,500 per year (€5,000 for small businesses).

Entry criteria for TTSP
Qualification Criteria
The candidate is committed to developing a specific solution or contribute significantly to the evolution of existing one, by joining or leading the efforts of one or more workgroups along other partners and the Team Topologies team.
The applying organization has a minimum of associates enabled as Team Topologies consultants
10 consultants minimum for all but small organizations.
5 consultants for small organizations of up to 50 associates (incl. freelance consultants engaged).
Organisation’s previous experience in one or more of the following areas:
Agile software development
DevOps culture and practices adoption
Value Stream Management
Modern architectures & Domain-Driven Design
Cloud native development
Team-of-teams organizational design
Payment of the annual accreditation fee:
€7,500 for organizations.
€5,000 for freelance consultants or small organizations of up to 50 associates (incl. freelance consultants engaged).
Team Topologies Consultants Enablement (non-exhaustive list)
Experience in applying Agile and DevOps in team-of-teams organizations is required.
Completed enablement (€1,990 per person, 20 hours):
Team Topologies Distilled - 3 hours, self paced.
Team Topologies Effective Enabling Teams - 3 hours, self paced.
Platform as a Product - 2 hours, self paced.
Independent Value Streams with Domain-Driven Design - 3 hours, self paced.
Team Topologies Advanced Immersion Session (P810) - 3x3-hours sessions, live online. (subject to available scheduled sessions if buying less than 10 seats)
Partner status come into force from the date the minimum required consultants have completed their accreditation.
Renewal criteria
Each year, TTSPs are assessed based on based on three main criteria:
Case Studies - every year each Solution Partner provides two publish-ready case studies of between 700 and 2000 words showcasing their use of Team Topologies ideas and practices in a real customer context. The case study must identify the customer organization name and permission must have been granted for Team Topologies to use the customer’s name and logo when publishing the case study. Our marketing team is available to guide and support the partner in this work.
Community Contributions - Solution Partners are in the core of the Team Topologies Community, leading workgroups on various topics and evolving the Team Topologies approach in combination with other methods, frameworks and ideas. The activity, contribution, thought leadership produced over the course of the year are all taken into account in renewing your status.
Minimum number of enabled consultants - each Solution Partner must ensures that the minimum number of enabled consultants is maintained.
If the TTSP's renewal commitments are not met, their TTSP status will expire at the anniversary of the subscription.
