Thales Faggiano - Team Topologies Advocate
When I started my journey as a DevOps Engineer and Site Reliability Engineer, over time I evolved toward a socio-technical architecture perspective. That path shaped my interest not only in systems, automation, and reliability, but also in the organizational structures, team interactions, and operating models required for sustainable delivery in complex enterprise environments.
Today, I work as a Service Architect with a strong interest in organization design, operating models, and the practical application of Team Topologies. I am passionate about helping organizations reduce unnecessary complexity, clarify team responsibilities and interaction modes, lower cognitive load, and enable healthier and more sustainable flows of value.
My background in service architecture, managed services, cloud, observability, automation, platform engineering and governance gives me a practical perspective on how technology and organizational design influence delivery performance, resilience, and customer outcomes. As a Team Topologies Advocate, I am excited to contribute to the community by sharing ideas, learning with others, and helping more people apply organization design in a practical way.
