  • A: The Enterprise Transformation Package comes with a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the materials “as-is”. The license does not permit modification or white-labeling of the materials at this time.

  • A: To gain access to newly-released materials, courses, and guides, a follow-on package can be purchased annually (typically at 40% of the initial price). Note: this does not include the author activities. 

  • A: An electronic Certificate of Completion is provided by Team Topologies for every person who completes a given workshop or training course. Certificates are issued once attendee details have been provided by the organization.

  • A: For the Basic and Comprehensive support options, the core Team Topologies crews and/or accredited partners can take the lead in coordinating the on-ramp and train-the-trainer sessions and recommending attendees (if you wish). 

  • A: Additional uplift capabilities are available separately from accredited Team Topologies partners. We can recommend suitable partner(s).

  • A: Accredited partners may offer discounted rates on ETP licenses - check with your partner for details. Only accredited partners may offer ETP licenses as part of a deal.
