Matthew Skelton and Manuel Pais, Co-authors of Team Topologies, outstanding experts in organizing business and tech teams for a fast workflow

Perhaps no other authors have influenced the organization of business and tech teams as much as Matthew Skelton and Manuel Pais. In their award-winning and ground-breaking book „Team Topologies: Organizing Business and Technology Teams for Fast Flow“, published in 2019, Matthew and Manuel use their personal experiences to show how companies can shape their teams for modern software delivery. The book has been rated by Book Authority as „one of the best product management books of all time“ and is used by organizations worldwide to transform how they deliver value.

In recent years, a joint appearance by the two has become a rarity. This makes us even more thrilled to welcome Matthew and Manuel as facilitators of this Team Topologies masterclass.
