Episode 4 | Transforming Telecom Teams: Barbara Arnst on Telenet and Team Topologies

Guest

Barbara Arnst (Transformation Tribe Lead)

A seasoned transformation leader, I have 20+ years’ experience as a Consultant, Investor and Executive. I am currently a VP at Telenet, responsible for the company’s Agile Transformation. Previously I was a Principal at Bain&Company, a Partner at Gimv and COO at an internet scale-up. Through these experiences it is my strong belief that leaders can (should) be organizational architects, designing and building organization systems that ultimately empower people. And that systems really do produce what they are designed to produce!

My purpose is to help leaders reimagine their operating models and make deliberate choices about how they can sparkle and sustain change. Sparkling change means reimagining what “great” looks like and defining the purpose and principles that become the foundation for mobilizing and evolving the organization. Sustaining change means building a system that creates the capacity for the organization to continually reinvent itself. I am excited to continue to enlarge my impact and explore the topic of deep organizational transformation through Board and advisory assignments.
