Team Topologies Ltd announces Armakuni as the first Team Topologies Solution Partner (TTSP) worldwide.
The company leading the adoption of practices from the book Team Topologies - Team Topologies Ltd (teamtopologies.com), led by co-author Matthew Skelton - today announces the launch of the Team Topologies Solution Partner (TTSP) program (teamtopologies.com/ttsp) together with the first TTSP, UK-based solutions provider, Armakuni (armakuni.com).
Each Team Topologies Solution Partner (TTSP) helps to embed and extend the use of Team Topologies ideas and practices within customer organizations, driving positive outcomes and championing adaptive transformations. With significant industry experience, TTSPs work alongside the core Team Topologies group to help a growing number of organizations worldwide to adopt and scale Team Topologies as a key part of their digital operating model.
Armakuni was chosen due to its wealth of expertise around organizational change, digital skills, and Team Topologies. In particular, Armakuni played a significant role in organizing the world’s first conference dedicated to Team Topologies, Fast Flow Conf (fastflowconf.com), in May 2023.
