Valéria Catherine Zavadzki Santos - Team Topologies Advocate
Valéria is an Agile Team Coach and IT Project Leader at Bosch Digital with nearly 15 years of experience in international projects, digital products, and agile leadership across the automotive and technology industries. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Electronics Engineering, an MBA in Project Management, and a Master’s in Informatics. Her career spans roles at Renault Group, AnyMarket, Volvo Trucks, and Bosch, where she have led multicultural teams, chassis development projects, SAP programs, and digital product initiatives.
Currently, she coaches and coordinates a large multi-team unit (a core team with four sub-teams) focused on mindset transformation, value stream mapping, dependency reduction, and accelerating flow.
