Valéria is an Agile Team Coach and IT Project Leader at Bosch Digital with nearly 15 years of experience in international projects, digital products, and agile leadership across the automotive and technology industries. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Electronics Engineering, an MBA in Project Management, and a Master’s in Informatics. Currently, she coaches and coordinates a large multi-team unit (a core team with four sub-teams) focused on mindset transformation, value stream mapping, dependency reduction, and accelerating flow. She supports team development around six pillars: work-life balance, psychological safety, energy, confidence and trust, clarity, and self-perceived efficiency. In parallel, she leads the Spark Platform, a platform product that provides end-to-end foundations (web components, backend boilerplates, and DevOps templates), enabling projects to reduce setup time in average 60%. This initiative illustrates how platform teams can deliver superlinear impact with sublinear effort, reducing cognitive load and enabling fast flow across the organization.
