Miguel Angel Lopez Gil - Team Topologies Advocate
I have 25 years of experience in IT, working across large organizations with a focus on digitalization, product management and agile delivery. As an Enterprise Agile Coach and Transformation Expert, I've had the chance to contribute to some meaningful initiatives, like a multi-year lean-agile transformation and helping to set up a dual operating model.
At Roche, I founded the first Global SAFe Community of Practice, where I brought together a passionate team and trained over 500 people in agile methods. Additionally, I’ve enjoyed designing and implementing new team topologies to support high-performing teams and drive lasting, positive change within the organization.

Team Topologies Advocacy
Over the past year, I’ve been leading the introduction of Team Topologies across our organization (Roche). I’ve facilitated workshops for eight product lines, developed internal training materials, and trained other coaches to help spread the practice.
Team Topologies is already making a noticeable impact on how we structure our products, and I’m actively working to establish it as an official practice at Roche. I’m passionate about advocating for this approach and would love to share our journey with the broader community.
