I'm a company director with nearly four decades in the financial-services and technology industry. At Flexibility (a software factory operating across three countries in Latin America) I serve as Director of Business Units, where I lead the strategy and delivery of technology teams for large enterprises and banks.
I'm also a member of IGEP — the institute representing Argentina's company directors — where I sit on its working group dedicated to AI management and governance. I advocate for Team Topologies at the level where technology adoption is ultimately won or lost: the executive and board table.

Team Topologies Advocacy
I advocate for Team Topologies primarily in person, with senior leaders and directors, translating its core ideas: Conway's Law, cognitive load, and the four team types into the language of corporate governance so that team design is treated as a board decision, not an engineering detail. I do this through talks at IGEP and other industry events, and in August 2026 I'm contributing to the Global Corporate Governance & Latin American Directors Summit (Argentina 2026), bringing team-of-teams and fast-flow thinking to a board-level, multi-country audience. I bring a perspective that is underrepresented among advocates: a board-level, Latin American voice, advocating in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
