Eduardo is a professional with over 25 years of experience, including the past 15 years serving as a Trusted Advisor, leading digital transformation initiatives and cloud adoption programs for major national and global enterprises across diverse industries such as Finance, Banking, Insurance, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Retail, Government, Healthcare, and the Public Sector. He works directly with C-level executives to propose new business models and technology roadmaps that drive greater efficiency, reliability, and scalability across the organization.
As a Senior Advisory Manager at a Big Four consulting firm, he led the sale and delivery of complex, high-impact projects through a technology-agnostic approach tailored to each client’s strategic objectives. He focused on understanding client needs and designing business models that balance innovation, economic feasibility, execution capability, and long-term sustainability.
His recent engagements include the development of a new investment fund platform for Brazil’s largest private bank, managing assets totaling BRL 36.9 trillion (approximately 3.05 times Brazil’s GDP). Eduardo led the due diligence for Banco Inter and QuintoAndar, assessing strengths, risks, opportunities, and vulnerabilities from both business and technical perspectives—resulting in approved investments of US$250M for QuintoAndar and US$200M for Banco Inter.
Additionally, he designed and structured the M&A plan for the world’s third-largest cosmetics and beauty company, defining its global expansion roadmap for the next three years. These projects were developed using Customer Centricity principles, starting from client needs and building value propositions supported by business cases that demonstrated economic viability, technical feasibility, and an enhanced customer experience.
Currently at AWS, Eduardo has developed new service offerings for both partners and Latin American customers, helping to shape teams with a consulting-driven approach and establish standardized best practices. As a result, a managed services partner achieved a 100% revenue increase within the first six months of 2022 following the adoption of the new business model and organizational transformation.
