Andy Spamer is an agile coach, delivery lead, and scrum master with over 20 years of experience in software engineering and technology delivery. He is passionate about helping organisations adopt agile methods and practices that optimise team interactions for fast flow and value delivery.

He is the founder of Agile Dimensions, a consultancy that has worked with global clients in the mining, oil & gas, finance, and government sectors.

Andy discovered Team Topologies in 2021 and was immediately drawn to its clear, practical, and adaptive model for organisational design and team interaction. He has since applied the Team Topologies principles and patterns to his own work and helped his clients improve their team structures, communication modes, and platform capabilities. Andy enjoys sharing his insights and learnings on agile and Team Topologies through talks, workshops, and articles. Andy is based in Perth, Western Australia.
