In addition to our collaboration with Team Topologies (we are one of the first two accredited Learning Partners globally) we offer dedicated enabling teams for the four team types (Stream-aligned, Platform as a Product or Group, Complicated Sub-System and Enabling).
A typical enabling accelerator engagement will take place over 12 weeks, with a fixed collaboration end date to ensure maximum upskilling and zero dependency. We embed experienced practitioners into your teams, to drive the behaviours, ways of working, and technical changes needed, on the ground and in your context.
Alongside this, our Consulting CTOs, will work with your leadership and change agents to provide them with the insights, advice, guidance, training and practical support they need to help them adopt the patterns and practices needed to evolve into an organisation that can achieve fast flow.
