Being in IT for over 20 years, and working with Red Hat products for over 25 years, I have been involved in building, architecting and advocating for customers of all sizes. I have a degree in computer science and have experience in different roles varying from Solution Architect to CTO. I work at Red Hat as a Principal Global Solution Architect being the lead technical orchestrator and strategic advisor for the partnership between Red Hat and my global customer. I am a tech enthusiast, open source advocate and an energetic speaker. I am committed to making complex concepts accessible and understandable. My interests are in the area of organisational transformation; eg. team topologies and interaction of people and systems. I also champion inclusivity and neurodiversity, believing that diverse teams drive better outcomes and foster innovation.

As a Global Solution Architect, I serve as the lead technical orchestrator for the partnership between Red Hat and our customers. In this role, customer success and the effective adoption of products and cloud services within the ecosystem are essential to achieving positive business outcomes for all parties involved.
Team Topologies is an integral part of my approach, supporting and guiding many of the conversations I have, specifically regarding the people and process aspects of the organizational operating system. This advocacy enables me to drive meaningful change and empower teams to perform at their best.
