Stef Cuisinier- Team Topologies Advocate
Stef’s passion is organization design. Ever since he discovered the Team Topologies book in 2019, he started advocating and using this pattern language in his coaching and training work.
One of his goals is to extend the use of Team Topologies outside the IT world as a source of inspiration to support more humane, non-hierarchical organization design.
Starting his professional life in IT, Stef fulfilled a diverse spectrum of roles, from software developer and analyst to project manager and IT leader.
In 2014 Stef decided to leave his corporate job and start a new professional adventure as an independent organizational coach and trainer, expanding his horizon from the IT & Telecom sector to assignments in a variety of small to large organizations, both in the profit, non-profit & government world.
Currently following a course in organization design at the Leuven University, he aims to learn and blog about academic research underpinning organization design patterns such as Team Topologies.
Stef is a crew member at reBoot, a Leuven based team coaching organization and member of The Flowhive, a Belgian collective of independent flow enthusiasts.
