Team Topologies Learning Partners (TTLP) deliver official TT branded training courses in English and other languages.
Team Topologies Learning Partners (TTLPs) help a growing number of organizations worldwide to adopt and scale Team Topologies as a key part of their digital operating model.
With TTLPs expected in many geographic regions by 2023 (and worldwide by 2024), the TTLP network provides local, validated awareness of Team Topologies ideas and patterns, together with accredited expertise in delivering key Team Topologies learning sessions (live online workshops). Many TTLPs are also Value Added Resellers (VAR), authorized to sell “at scale” products - such as seats on the Team Topologies Academy, books, printed resources, etc. - directly to end customers.
The small but growing number of TTLPs acts as a friendly and supportive community of experts and practitioners exploring and enhancing the practices and ways of working around Team Topologies.

Option to undertake the translation into another language of certain official TT training courses in exchange for exclusive delivery rights in that language for a period (currently 9 months).
Translation must be done by a native (or native-equivalent) speaker of the target language. Translation will be from English.
During the exclusive rights period, TT will provide up to one 5-min recorded video or one 15-min video call per calendar quarter featuring Matthew Skelton or Manuel Pais to help sales.
During the exclusive rights period, the TTLP agrees to undertake at least one training session per month (if requested by TT)
The translated versions of the official TT training materials must maintain 1:1 correspondence with the original materials in English
We strongly encourage TTLPs to make a note of questions and answers during the training and to share these with other TTLPs.

Entry criteria for TTLP
The applying organization should identify one or more employees who will become authorised trainers. Such people will have prior experience of delivering training, both in-person and online.
Each potential authorised trainer for a particular Team Topologies course must attend one such course as an attendee and answer a set of questions about the material in order to be authorised to deliver the course.
Note: The authorisation for a trainer is linked to the TTLP organisation. The trainer cannot transfer the authorisation to another company.
The candidate trainer will provide a video recording of a segment of the course they plan to deliver. This video will be reviewed by Team Topologies.
The candidate trainer will co-present one or more sessions with Team Topologies (authors and/or other TTLPs) to gain experience.
Provide details of the organisation’s previous experience with delivering training, especially with online training. We expect authorised individuals to have delivered at least 20-30 hours of online training and be comfortable with handling questions, connectivity problems, and online video call/presentation tools.
Commit to use an approved online poll technology during the training (several tools are approved)
Pay the annual admin fee (currently €980)
