Gielen Rojas-López is a technology transformation and operating model advisor with over 20 years’ experience across IT service management, business analysis, enterprise architecture, cloud consulting, platform strategy and organisational change.
She has advocated for Team Topologies for several years as a practical way to help organisations rethink how teams are organised, how they interact, and how internal platforms can reduce cognitive load and improve flow. Her work focuses particularly onapplying Team Topologies in complex enterprise environments, where platform-as-product, XaaS service models, governance, service ownership and operating model design need to be connected rather than treated as separate concerns.
Through her advisory work, Gielen helps organisations shape internal platforms as systems of value: clarifying who they serve, what they offer, how they are consumed, how they are supported, and how teams need to collaborate around them.
