Audience: This workshop is for CTO/CIO and other leaders, heads of department, software architects, systems architects, managers, team leaders, and engineers.
Preparation: Access to all required tooling will be provided free of charge. We will use Zoom (including breakout rooms) for the video call, Miro for collaborative exercises, and Google Docs for information sharing.
The training will be led by Manuel Pais, co-author of the book Team Topologies and an independent IT consultant and trainer with nearly 20 years experience. Manuel helped expand the well-known DevOps Topologies patterns and now helps organizations around the world to assess, adapt, and evolve their organization structures and team interactions.
