Luke McManus joins Team Topologies As the APAC Region Lead to Meet Increasing Demand

We are happy to announce Luke McManus as the APAC Region Lead for Team Topologies, In this new role, Luke will be acting as a brand ambassador for the company. He will play the role of catalyst in the growing community of advocates, practitioners and transformation leaders. Luke will also act as the face of Team Topologies for solution, advanced and training partners, coordinating events and joint delivery of engagements.

This new role is created to meet the increasing interest of leaders and practitioners in adopting the Team Topologies approach. More and more leaders turn to the proven, research-based approach of Team Topologies and look to make it part of their transformational initiatives. The increase of popularity of the approach led to expansion of the areas of its application. Successful organizations leverage the approach for increasing the pace of innovation; for flow acceleration inside technology organizations; for transformations from Project-to Product-driven organizations; for Platform Engineering adoption; for scaling Cloud Native Development and cloud adoption.

Since 2019, Team Topologies has emerged as the leader in its field, organising business and technology teams for fast flow; offering a practical, step-by-step adaptive model for streamlined design and team interaction. Luke has worked across a variety of different sectors including banking, insurance, higher education and retail, primarily focusing on technology and delivery. Luke is particularly proud of his time spent working for one of Australia's leading banks, where he spent 18 years. Luke started his career in the call centre taking customer calls, and ended with his last role helping the bank execute their agile transformation. 

Most recently, Luke has been coaching both leaders and teams alike - focusing on operational design, new ways of working and continuous technical excellence, working as a senior consultant and coach at CPrime - Elabor8 (one of Australia's leading management consultancies).
