This mission led him to complete a Master's Thesis titled "Integral Business Architecture" and to co-author the book "Giving Hope," which focuses on the not-for-profit sector. Team Topologies Advocacy

Rob found that Team Topologies was the missing piece he had been looking for to complete the Integral Map for Organisation. Throughout his career in executive roles, living and managing teams worldwide, Rob observed recurring issues in both traditional firms and scale-ups. In his master’s thesis, he utilised Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory to outline what is needed to build an effective organisation. This analysis identified the root cause of many problems as the organisational structure.
