Team Topologies Advocacy

In 2017, I was honored with the Agile and Digital Transformation Award for my role in scaling agile transformation across one domain, involving nine teams. This achievement included significant initiatives source control systems and cloud transformation, scaling agile on domain level, creation of team and productivity KPIs, driving substantial improvements in team efficiency and software delivery. Building on this success, in 2024, I created and advanced Team Topologies concept for the Units tailored for modern challenges, such as managing time zone differences with complicated sub-system teams and enabler business logic API teams and Stream aligned teams.
