Amine Essafoui - Team Topologies Advocate

As an Engagement Lead and Senior Coach with over a decade of experience in Lean, DevOps, and Agile methodologies, I am passionate about driving operational excellence and leading digital transformations across diverse technological landscapes. Currently, I serve as the EMEA Transformation Lead at Red Hat’s Open Innovation Labs, where I pioneer transformative learning programs by integrating engineering talent with open-source methodologies. My focus is on the strategic implementation of cloud-native technologies, particularly through OpenShift, to optimize product innovation and business outcomes.

Throughout my career, I have successfully facilitated organizational change by introducing Lean and Agile practices tailored to cloud-native environments. I have led cross-functional teams in designing technical solutions that balance operational efficiency, scalability, and resilience. Before joining Red Hat, I held various leadership roles at OCTO Technology, where I advanced Agile and DevOps adoption within large-scale programs. My deep understanding of value streams and team topologies enables me to align technical and organizational strategies, driving sustainable success in the digital age.

Team Topologies Advocacy

Recently, I relocated to Saudi Arabia, a country buzzing with transformation and potential. As the nation undergoes rapid change, companies are eager to become value-driven.

While I may not yet have a portfolio of public content, I am active on LinkedIn, and my goal here in KSA is to actively create and share insights on Team Topologies through articles, talks, and workshops. It’s the perfect environment to spread the Team Topologies mindset and tools, and I’m excited to dive in.

Commitment to the Community

I am eager to engage with the Team Topologies community, contributing positively and learning from others. I am actively seeking opportunities to share my insights and experiences. My plan is to participate in forums and discussions, both online and offline, to help promote a deeper understanding of Team Topologies.

I wanted to become a Team Topologies Advocate because I believe in the power of these principles to reshape organizations. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to this community, learn from its diverse voices, and help drive meaningful change across the Middle East.
