In the late 90s, Alex embraced Agile methodologies as an early adopter. After several years as a consultant at ThoughtWorks, she transitioned into a role as a technology leader, advocating passionately for organisational transformation. Alex authored 'Empowering Agile Transformations - Beyond the Framework in 2023' a guide helping leaders achieve successful transformations. Her mission is to promote authentic examples and stories aligned with Agile principles, empowering organisational leaders to create create better systems of work where people love to be.

In 2017 Alex founded ReBoot Co. with Tony Fifoot, their team leverages Agile, Lean and Systems Thinking approaches, ensuring that each transformation is a bespoke fit for the organisation's unique needs. They pride themselves on steering clear of one-size-fits-all solutions and instead, thrive on empowering self-directed, self-organising teams to accelerate value delivery.

In 2024, Alex began applying Team Topologies methodologies with ReBoot Co.'s clients, achieving success by leveraging their language, tools, and approaches. These methodologies have empowered leaders to reimagine and streamline how they are organised for enhanced efficiency. Supported by the TT community and leveraging existing published content for workshops and testing the redesign, early signs of success are already evident.
